Federal Book Company, New York
The F. M. Lupton Publishing Company changed its name effective
February 1, 1902 to the Federal Book Company. At that time there was no
change in the management or operations of the firm.
In 1902 the address of the Federal Book Company was 52-58 Duane Street,
New York. This publishing house went out of business in 1904.
